‘Autostrada del Sole’ A1 Highway toward the North. At Orte exit, north direction again, E45 Highway, to Perugia / Cesena.
Città di Castello has two exits: Città di castello South and Città di Castello. - From Bologna-Florence
A1 Highway : Arezzo exit, then continue along SR 73 and SR 221, toward the East. - From Forlì-Cesena
On E45, toward the South, Città di Castello or Città di Castello Sud exits. - From Rimini-San Marino

Get off the train at Ponte San Giovanni train station, a hub connecting with the State Railways – all directions – or to continue to Perugia.
