Peel the pumpkin and cut it into cubes, put these in a pot and add salted water until they are completely
covered. Bring the water to a boil and allow to simmer for at least 20 minutes. If necessary add more water.
Once it has cooked season to taste with salt, then chop the pumpkin into smaller pieces and add the cheese.
If need be add more water to give it the right consistency and add another type of cheese for flavour.
