Beat the eggs with sugar, add the vinsanto, milk, oil and lemon zest. Mix everything together well, lastly
adding the flour and yeast to create a smooth, consistent mixture. Prepare a baking pan with the bottom
and sides well-greased with a thin layer of pork fat, pour all the mixture into the pan, and then put in the
oven at 180° for about 30 minutes. Allow to cool for at least two hours, cut into slices and serve with Upper
Tiber Valley vinsanto.
