Divide the butter into small pieces and allow to soften to room temperature, then into a bowl put flour,
baking powder and sugar, add the butter and work with the tips of the fingers until the mixture is crumbly.
Add the beaten eggs, a little at a time, mixing it with a fork into the dough and then, on a floured surface,
kneed it with your hands, then put it in the fridge to rest for half an hour. Take the pastry from the refrigerator
and roll out with a rolling pin, using butter, grease the pie dish and put in the pastry. Spread jam over
the pastry base and using strips from the left over pastry, make a lattice decoration on the top. Bake for 30
minutes at 180 degrees.
300 g white flour, 2 eggs, 80 g sugar, 100 g butter, 1 tablespoon baking powder, fruit jam.
