Leave the beans to soak for about 8 hours, then cook the them with celery and chard cut into small pieces.
In a separate pan prepare the bacon by firstly sautéing a clove of garlic with parsley and the bacon, when
the garlic is golden brown add two tablespoons of concentrated tomato paste. Finally pour the mixture in
with the beans. Cut the stale bread into slice.
